At Coolkicks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fresh gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are eligible for store credit only.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order number to request a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Kicks

  Place the items back in their original brand box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
